After discussing the needs of the client and the existing layout of the home, locations currently experiencing low water pressure and other symptoms of needing a repipe, we suggest the following locations be repiped:

Two and half baths, Kitchen, Ice-maker box, Washer box, and Two hose bibs

Exclusions:

Not responsible for sheet rock replacement or paint

Horizontal only: $4,282.00

Vertical & Horizontal: $ 6,492.00

New angle stops and supply lines included with the whole house.

Exclusions:

For this whole house repipe cost estimate some sheet rock will be removed. We will keep it as limited as possible. Replaced by others. All new angle stops come with horizontal and vertical repipes.
